John Matlock started his research on the Matlock family back when the average turn-around for a letter was about two weeks. John generously mailed me several letters that he received some thirty years ago from fellow researchers. We both agreed that it would make for some interesting reading, perhaps clues for someone, and who knows, maybe answers for someone else.
Some of the letters have graphs made of family trees and charts, I probably won't be adding those, for I'm not so sure on how to make them like they are on the letters. The letters will be listed by year.
We sure hope you enjoy these voices of the past.. Brenda, John, and Terry.
